I am sure that through its well planned team, experiences and dedication of giving ‘back to the society’, Acharyapuram will be able to contribute in the fight not only for bridging the gap between industry and academia but also to attract more and more youths towards agriculture.
Knowledge, Education and Skills are interchangeably used terminology to communicate about traits of an individual. kill deficit apparent in most of the graduates in agriculture produced in different universities in India. AASKE through its programmes CORPORATE SETU aims to cater this and bridge this gap between Academia and corporates and thus enhance employability of fresh graduates.
Fresh Agricultural graduates often lack knowledge of agribusiness concepts, including marketing, supply chain management, and finance. This hampers their ability to work in corporate settings where such knowledge is crucial. Addressing the skill gap in agriculture requires a collaborative effort between academic institutions, industry stakeholders, and policymakers. Thus, Acharyapuram through its unique initiative CORPORATE SETU aims in fulfilling this gap by aiming students to be corporate-ready and create more sustainable employment avenues for the students. For Expert Panel make one page having 16 people (4 in each row). Total 16 people can come in 1 page this way and remaining underlined one to be removed.
Skills are easy to identify and measure to define the competency and capability of any individual. Gap between what corporate demand versus supply from academia is widening with time. Skill development programmes by Acharyapuram through its initiative CORPORATE SETU, are definitely going to have a positive impact on students for their personal and professional growth.
